The Navigli District includes the area from the Darsena, - the port of Milan - and the streets that run along the Naviglio Grande, once importants means of communicaiton between Milan and the outside.

Considered one of the most fascinating residential areas of the city. Along the banks of the Naviglio there are ancient glimpses of a romantic Milan: railing houses, artisanal workshops, ancient open air wash-houses covered only by wooden beams.

The Navigli District is very popular. During the day you can visit art galleries, shop in artisan shops and experience the antiques market held on the last Sunday of each month. The evening is spent taking aperitifs and dining in the many clubs that make it one of the most entertaining and attractive neighborhoods in the city.
